AECOM is seeking a Restoration program specialist – Airport Project to join our team. This position is based in office, out of Mississauga.

Major Responsibilities
Coordinate all project engineering disciplines restoration programs from initial design phase to completion.
Assist with the workflow and creation of priorities and backlog for the project Lifecycle Management Program.
Provide support to the project management team in proposal development, including scope definition, fee estimation, scheduling, and resource planning.
Contribute to the preparation of technical reports, drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
Participate in field investigations and site reviews.
Track and manage project budgets, schedules, and QA/QC processes.
Chair client meetings and communicate design updates, changes,



and key project milestones to contractors and other engineering and architectural disciplines.
Provide support to the tendering process and oversee contract administration, including bid preparation, contractor selection, and review of invoices and change orders.
Provide support to document control for correspondence, submittals, RFIs, NCR, etc.
Maintain project documentation, records, schedules, correspondence, and project files.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a team-oriented and high-performance team culture.
Commitment to continuous learning by staying updated with industry trends, Airport Construction Code, and design standards.
