We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Casual Health Care Aide to join our team and provide exceptional support to individuals in various care settings. As a Casual Health Care Aide, you will assist with daily activities, promote independence, and ensure a safe, comfortable environment for those in your care. Responsibilities
Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
Support medication administration following proper protocols and documentation procedures
Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed to promote health and well-being
Engage clients in meaningful activities to foster social interaction and mental stimulation
Maintain a clean and secure environment through regular cleaning and organization of living spaces
Monitor clients’ health status, report any changes or concerns to supervisors promptly
Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients’ quality of life

Requirements




Previous experience working with seniors or individuals with disabilities is highly preferred
Knowledge of assisted living or nursing home environments is an asset
Experience caring for individuals with dementia or other cognitive impairments is desirable
Ability to perform light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning and meal preparation
Robust caregiving skills with a compassionate, patient, and positive demeanor
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and team members
Valid certification in caregiving or home care is an advantage; willingness to obtain necessary training if required

Pay: $17.00-$18.00 per hour
