The treatment coordinator should have high case acceptance with insurance and patient approval. Should have detailed oriented system to make sure follow ups are not falling through cracks. One should have excellent communication skill and friendly nature.
Qualifications
Required: Transparent communication, organization, accuracy, and practical computer skills to manage front desk tasks, records, scheduling, and phone inquiries. Familiarity with medical terminology supports explicit documentation and patient interactions. Preferred: Dental receptionist, dental office, medical office, general office, or administrative experience, along with exposure to electronic medical records, Cleardent or similar PMS.
Some evenings and weekends availability is necessary.
Pay: $20.00-$40.00 per hour
