Job Overview

As a Tire Service Truck Operator, you’ll provide mobile tire service and support vehicle maintenance and automotive repair. This hands-on role combines mechanical knowledge, secure use of tools, heavy lifting, and customer service to help customers get back on the road.

Duties
Operate a service truck to reach customer locations and complete tire service tasks.
Use hand tools and power tools to inspect, remove, install, and repair tires and related components.
Perform routine maintenance and assist with automotive repair, following secure work practices when handling heavy equipment.
Communicate service needs clearly, provide helpful customer service, and support sales by explaining relevant products or services.

Wages and reimbursement





Hourly wage or salary will be based on previous experience and skill sets.

Requirements

Required:

Valid Nova Scotia drivers license with a clean drivers abstract.

Practical mechanical knowledge, safe handling of hand and power tools, ability to perform heavy lifting, and explicit customer service skills to support effective field work.

Preferred: Mechanic experience, automotive repair or maintenance experience and ability to work mobile from varying locations as needed are valuable strengths for serving customers and contributing to a dependable service team.

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
