We are seeking an experienced Full time Paralegal with 3–5 years of experience in Accident Benefits (AB), Landlord and Tenant Board (LTB), and Small Claims Court matters.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct legal research and draft legal documents.
Independently manage Accident Advantages files, including settlement negotiations.
Handle LTB and Small Claims Court matters from start to finish.
Communicate with clients, insurers, and opposing counsel.
Manage deadlines, hearings, and case files.
Requirements:
3–5 years of relevant experience.
Licensed Paralegal with the Law Society of Ontario.
Strong communication, negotiation, and file management skills.
Experience in Immigration and Refugee Board (IRB) proceedings and immigration matters will be considered an asset.
Job Type: Full time
Pay: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
