Elk River Mountain Homes is hiring! We’re a custom home builder based in Fernie, and we’re looking for someone awesome to help keep our projects humming and our socials glowing.

This is a dynamic role combining project coordination, light bookkeeping, admin support, and creative marketing tasks. Ideal for someone organized, detail-oriented, and ready to jump into a variety of tasks. We can teach all aspects of the role. So if you excel in one thing, and willing to learn we can teach you the job responsibilities. There is also a huge chance to grow further into the role with project coordination, design and assisting with our building projects.

What you'll be doing:
Project procurement
Selections assistant for clients
Selections organization and mood boards
Accounts payable and receivable
Excel reporting
General office admin
Managing our social media presence: posting project updates, reels, and showcasing the beautiful homes we build




Supporting the Controller with day-to-day tasks and project cleanup

What we’re looking for:
Bookkeeping knowledge is an asset (we’re happy to teach a quick learner!)
Proficient with Excel, Outlook, and other basic software
Robust organizational skills and a self-directed attitude
A creative eye and interest in social media (experience is a bonus but not required)
