Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team. This role is essential in preparing high-quality dishes and supporting the overall dining experience. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, excellent food handling skills, and experience working in a rapid-paced restaurant setting. Responsibilities
Prepare ingredients and assist in meal preparation according to recipes and standards
Cook and assemble dishes efficiently while maintaining quality and presentation standards
Follow food safety guidelines and proper food handling procedures at all times
Assist with plating, garnishing, and presentation of menu items
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, including washing dishes and sanitizing surfaces
Support inventory management by rotating stock and notifying management of supplies needed




Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and smooth kitchen operations

Skills
Experience in food preparation, cooking, or food service preferred
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques
Ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Strong understanding of meal preparation and kitchen operations
Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
Familiarity with restaurant procedures, serving, and basic cooking techniques is a plus
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights as needed
