Responsibilities
Assist with planting, pruning, watering, and caring for trees
Operate hand tools and mechanical equipment safely
Perform heavy lifting tasks such as moving trees, soil bags, and supplies
Support harvesting by preparing trees for sale

Skills
Familiarity with hand tools such as pruners, shovels, rakes, and wheelbarrows
Ability to perform basic math for measurements and quantities
Physical strength for heavy lifting and outdoor activity in various weather conditions
Gardening experience or interest in plant care and landscape maintenance is a plus
Robust attention to detail, safety awareness, and a positive team attitude

This role is perfect for individuals eager to work outdoors while gaining valuable skills in horticulture and farm management.

Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 45.0 per week
