PADCOM is looking for a reliable, safety-minded Millwright to join our potash operations team. This hands-on role involves maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing plant equipment to support protected and effective operations.

Responsibilities
Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on plant equipment.
Troubleshoot mechanical issues involving pumps, conveyors, bearings, gearboxes, and related equipment.
Install, align, and replace mechanical components.
Work with operators and other trades to address equipment issues and reduce downtime.
Follow protected work procedures, including lockout requirements.
Maintain maintenance records and a clean, organized work area.

Qualifications
Journeyperson Millwright certification; Red Seal preferred.
Experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in mining, processing, or manufacturing.
Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills.




Ability to read technical drawings and equipment manuals.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Commitment to protected work practices.
Welding and fabrication experience would be an asset.

Pay: $45.00-$55.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
