We are a well-established Kubota dealership with a strong and experienced parts team, and we are currently looking to add an experienced Parts Advisor to support our continued growth.

In this role, you will assist customers and service technicians with parts identification, sourcing, and sales across a wide range of equipment including lawn & garden, agricultural, and construction equipment. This is a fast-paced, customer-focused position with opportunities for career growth within our dealership.

Duties & Responsibilities
Provide skilled and courteous customer service in person, by phone, and online
Identify and source parts using manufacturer catalogues and electronic lookup systems
Support service technicians with accurate and timely parts supply
Promote and suggest maintenance-related items (filters, oils, lubricants, etc.)
Receive, process, and stock incoming parts orders




Maintain organized and visually appealing merchandising displays
Ensure a clean, safe, and professional work setting

Qualifications & Requirements
Previous experience as a Parts Advisor in the heavy truck/equipment industry (3+ years)
Experience or familiarity with power equipment (lawn & garden, agriculture, construction, etc.)
Robust communication and customer service skills
Highly organized with attention to detail and accuracy
Comfortable using computers and parts lookup systems
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and performing required tasks (bending, reaching, etc.)
Availability for rotating Saturdays
