What We’re Looking For
Previous supervisory experience and a solid background in retail (outdoor industry experience is a strong asset)
Robust organizational and leadership skills
A mature, long-term team member with excellent customer-service abilities
Availability for weekend shifts
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs, climb ladders, and multi-task in a fast-paced setting
