Duties
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, tea, and specialty beverages with precision and flair
Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling
Greet customers warmly, take their orders efficiently, and provide friendly, attentive service
Handle food preparation tasks including assembling snacks or light meals in accordance with food safety standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, including counters, equipment, and dining areas
Manage cash transactions accurately using basic math skills; ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed
Follow food safety protocols during food handling and serving to ensure quality and hygiene standards are met





Qualifications
Previous experience as a barista or in food service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is key!
Robust customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests
Knowledge of POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms for efficient transactions
Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods smoothly while maintaining quality service
Basic math skills for cash handling, order totals, and change calculation
Ability to follow food safety guidelines during food preparation and serving processes
Food industry experience is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate

Pay: $17.60-$21.29 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 30.0 per week
