Your tasks
Greeting and welcoming patients in a warm, professional manner
Coordinating patient bookings and managing the schedule
Answering phones and directing calls
Assisting patients with questions, both on the phone and in the office
Educating patients on the product lines and procedures we offer
Using our booking and client management systems to keep patient records accurate and up to date
Other administrative duties as assigned





What we’re looking for
Some experience in the aesthetic industry (medical aesthetics, med spa, skin clinic or similar)
A high level of computer proficiency, with the ability to learn current software quickly and work comfortably across multiple systems
Excellent customer service skills, with a friendly, professional and polished presence
A team player who works well with others
Reliable attendance and an energetic, positive attitude
The ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
A high standard of professionalism and personal presentation
Weekend Availability

Experience
Aesthetic industry: some experience (required)
Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
Experience with scheduling or CRM software is an asset

Job Types: Full-time, Part time

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
