Responsibilities
Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and quality standards
Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders, and addressing inquiries or concerns
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in food prep areas, dining spaces, and kitchen environments
Follow food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures to ensure health standards are met




Assist in upselling menu items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales opportunities

Skills
Experience in food preparation and food service environments is highly desirable
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS for smooth order processing
Strong time management skills to handle busy periods effectively
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude
Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation procedures
Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and order calculations
Ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced restaurant or food industry setting
Kitchen experience or restaurant background is a plus but not required; training will be provided
