Duties
Efficiently wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment to ensure cleanliness and readiness for use
Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed, supporting the culinary team in maintaining smooth kitchen operations
Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area, including sinks, counters, and storage spaces
Follow all health and safety regulations related to food handling and sanitation practices
Support the serving staff by providing clean dishes and utensils promptly during busy service hours
Help with waste disposal and recycling procedures to keep the kitchen environment safe and eco-friendly




Collaborate with team members to ensure a high standard of cleanliness throughout the restaurant or hotel kitchen

Requirements
Prior experience in a restaurant, hotel, or food service setting is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm to learn is key
Basic understanding of cleaning procedures, food handling, and sanitation standards
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks with energy and efficiency
Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude in a quick-paced workplace

Pay: $20.00-$20.01 per hour
