We are seeking a friendly and organized Studio Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in ensuring a welcoming environment for our clients and supporting daily studio operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, enjoy working with children, and possess robust communication abilities. Responsibilities
Greet clients, students, and visitors warmly upon arrival, creating a positive first impression
Assist with scheduling classes, events, and appointments, ensuring smooth operations
Support instructors and staff during classes or events as needed
Handle guest inquiries via phone or in person, providing accurate information and assistance
Manage cash handling tasks such as payments for classes or merchandise accurately and securely
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio space to ensure a safe and inviting environment
Support food service activities if applicable, including setup, serving, and cleanup
Assist with special events or programs designed for children or community groups




Ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines at all times

Skills
Experience working with children is highly desirable, demonstrating patience and engagement skills
Solid public speaking abilities to communicate effectively with diverse audiences
Excellent customer service skills to create a welcoming atmosphere for clients of all ages
Guest services experience to handle inquiries professionally and courteously
Cash handling experience ensuring accuracy and security in transactions
Food service or hospitality experience is a plus for supporting event-related activities
Ability to work well in a team environment while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor
Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting

Pay: From $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8.0 – 16.0 per week
