Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Dishwasher/Prep Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. Responsibilities
Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment to ensure cleanliness and readiness for use
Assist with basic food preparation tasks, including chopping, assembling ingredients, and portioning food items
Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, dining areas, and food prep stations according to health and safety standards
Support cooking activities by preparing ingredients and assisting chefs as needed
Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and quality of all food items




Help with inventory management by storing supplies properly and notifying management of stock shortages
Adhere to sanitation protocols and maintain a safe working environment at all times

Qualifications
Prior experience in a restaurant, hotel, or food service workplace is preferred but not required
Knowledge of cleaning procedures, food handling, and basic kitchen operations is advantageous
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards hospitality service
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings or weekends if necessary
Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 40 pounds, and perform repetitive tasks with accuracy
Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and professionalism

Pay: $17.95-$18.00 per hour
