Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our vibrant culinary team. Duties
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
Assist in food preparation, including chopping, portioning, and assembling ingredients
Ensure all food is handled safely and stored properly in compliance with food safety regulations
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area throughout shifts
Serve dishes promptly and accurately to ensure customer satisfaction
Follow proper food handling procedures to prevent contamination and ensure freshness
Support the team during busy hours by efficiently managing multiple orders




Adhere to all health and safety guidelines within the kitchen workplace

Skills
Experience in food preparation, cooking, and food service operations
Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced restaurant setting
Strong attention to detail in meal presentation and quality control
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
Familiarity with restaurant operations and food industry standards
Ability to follow recipes accurately and adapt to special dietary requests if needed
Basic understanding of kitchen equipment usage and maintenance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00-$18.50 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 44.0 per week
