Custom Fitter/Welder/Lead Hand
Must have previous experience in custom weld job shop environment
Skilled Fitter and Welder, 5 years plus experience
CWB-GMAW-Flat-Carbon Steel ticket
Able to read and interpret mechanical blueprints
Read both Metric & Imperial measuring tapes
Supervisors experience an asset
Must be able to work with Forman to organize, supervise and schedule 10+ employees
Oversee the entire fabrication process of a job from drawing take off, cut, fit, inspect, assemble, prepare product for shipping, etc.
Help execute planning and scheduling to ensure that all employees work efficiently
Ensure job timelines and quality inspections are met
Work alongside, train, and assist on the shop floor
Shipping and receiving as required
Report to the company Forman, President and Director of Operation.
Monday to Thursday 7:00am-4:30pm and Friday 7:00am-11:00am
Overtime paid after 40 hr/week

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: $28.00-$32.00 per hour
