Front Desk + Sponsorship Coordinator

Location: Rockii Pickleball, 3550 32nd Ave NE, Calgary

Pay: CA$16.00 per hour
Schedule: Flexible, based on business needs and availability

Overview
Rockii Pickleball is Calgary's 8-court indoor pickleball facility. We're looking for a confident, self-driven coordinator to grow our presence in the community and bring in local sponsors and partners. You'll spend most of your time reaching out to businesses, schools, clubs, and community groups, and turning those conversations into partnerships.

Responsibilities
Find and contact local businesses for sponsorships, partnerships, and event support
Pitch sponsorship packages and follow up until deals close
Build relationships with schools, community associations, corporate groups, and clubs
Represent Rockii at community events, markets, and tournaments
Track outreach, leads, and results in a easy pipeline




Coordinate sponsor deliverables such as signage, social posts, and event mentions
Help with front desk and events when needed

Qualifications
Currently enrolled at an accredited university (business, marketing, or kinesiology preferred)
Comfortable cold emailing and calling
Robust written and verbal communication
Organized and able to follow up consistently without being chased
Interest in pickleball, sports, or community events
Must bring your own laptop

You like talking to people, you're not afraid of hearing no, and you get satisfaction from closing a deal. You're proactive, reliable, and want real experience in sales and partnerships.

Pay: $16.00 per hour
