Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Behavioural Interventionist to support children with developmental and behavioral needs. In this role, you will work closely with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams to implement individualized intervention plans. The ideal candidate will have a solid passion for patient care, experience working with children, and a solid understanding of special education principles. Responsibilities
Implement behavioral intervention strategies tailored to each child's needs under supervision of licensed professionals
Collect and document data on client progress and behavior changes accurately and consistently
Assist with daily activities, including medication administration as directed by medical staff
Support children during therapy sessions, educational activities, and daily routines
Collaborate with families, teachers, and healthcare providers to ensure consistency in intervention approaches




Maintain a safe and supportive environment conducive to learning and growth
Adhere to all safety protocols, including confidentiality and privacy regulations

Skills
Experience working with children, preferably in educational or clinical settings
Knowledge of special education practices and behavioral management techniques
Ability to administer medications following prescribed guidelines
Robust patient care skills with a compassionate approach toward children with diverse needs
Familiarity with medical terminology relevant to pediatric care
Proficient in data collection methods for tracking behavioral progress and treatment efficacy
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and families

Pay: $25.00-$32.76 per hour
