Job Description:

Key Duties and Responsibilities
Greet customers, welcome guests, and provide courteous and skilled customer service.
Take customer orders in person, over the phone, and through online ordering platforms.
Enter orders accurately into the point-of-sale (POS) system and process cash, debit, and credit card payments.
Respond to customer inquiries regarding menu items, ingredients, prices, promotions, and available food options.
Serve food and beverages to customers and assist with dine-in, takeout, and pickup orders.
Package takeout and delivery orders accurately and ensure orders are complete before handoff.
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order preparation.
Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally and refer complex issues to the supervisor or manager.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of customer seating areas, counters, service stations, and other assigned areas.
Restock supplies, utensils, napkins, condiments, and other service items as required.
Follow food safety, workplace health and safety, and restaurant operating procedures.




Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning, organizing, and preparing service areas.
Support promotional activities and inform customers about menu specials and restaurant offers.
Perform other related duties as required to support the smooth daily operation of the restaurant.

Qualifications and Skills
Previous customer service or restaurant experience is an asset.
Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced restaurant setting.
Basic cash handling and point-of-sale system skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Positive attitude, reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform routine restaurant service duties.

Pay: $15.00-$15.50 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 30.0 per week
