Mississauga Hyundai is seeking qualified Multilingual Automotive Sales Consultants to join our agile team. We serve a diverse customer base and require candidates who can communicate fluently in multiple languages. Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong motivation, initiative, teamwork, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service across different cultures and communities.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers in a skilled manner in their preferred language
Communicate vehicle features, specifications, and benefits
Provide exceptional customer service to a diverse, multicultural clientele
Identify and understand customer needs
Build and maintain professional relationships with current and prospective customers
Promote and facilitate the sale of new and pre-owned vehicles
Required Qualifications
Valid OMVIC license
Allowed to Work in Canada if non-immigrant
Working proficiency in English plus one or more additional language
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proven sales ability or strong customer service background
Valid driver’s license
