Protect Docebo’s SaaS security posture through compliance expertise, customer trust, and a hybrid work model with three office days weekly. Translate frameworks into explicit answers that support customer confidence, sales, and legal alignment.

As Docebo’s Cybersecurity Compliance Specialist, you will support security activities, audits, and compliance across a global SaaS ecosystem. Your work will address NIS2, NIST, GDPR, ISO, SOC, FedRAMP, and related customer requirements. You will also use Vanta, 1UP, basic coding, and cloud knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer security requests, RFIs, RFQs, and questionnaires
Establish Corrective Action Plans for outstanding customer requirements
Review agreements and data processing addendums with legal
Support SOC 2,



ISO, NIS2, and customer audits
Automate compliance workflows and maintain trust page materials

Requirements:
Four-plus years supporting SaaS security, audits, and compliance
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
Knowledge of AWS, Azure, GCloud, GDPR, CCPA, and PIPEDA
Familiarity with ISO, SOC 2, PCI, NIS2, and FedRAMP
Basic coding skills and Vanta or 1UP experience
