Reporting to the Financial Controller, this senior position works with Operations, Procurement, and Accounting. You will analyze standard costs, forecasts, budgets, and financial performance while supporting operational decisions. The role also includes business intelligence reporting and process improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor standard costs and identify significant variances
Analyze Purchase Price Variances and explain fluctuation drivers
Prepare weekly forecasts and monthly cost analyses
Support annual budgets and monthly financial reporting
Develop business intelligence reports for decision-making
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
At least seven years' financial management experience in manufacturing
CPA designation or current CPA certification pursuit
Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial modeling proficiency
French and English bilingualism, spoken and written
Bring manufacturing finance expertise, advanced Excel capabilities, and analytical judgment to Oldcastle's financial planning and reporting activities.
