We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Personal Support Workers (PSWs) to provide exceptional care and assistance to individuals in need of support within their homes or care facilities. Responsibilities
Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals and maintain accurate records
Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and preferences
Support clients with light housekeeping tasks including cleaning and laundry to maintain a protected and comfortable environment
Provide companionship and emotional support to promote mental well-being
Monitor health status and report any changes or concerns to healthcare providers or family members




Assist with transportation to appointments or errands as needed
Follow care plans and document services provided in accordance with agency policies
Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times to prevent accidents or injuries

Skills
Prior experience in assisted living, nursing home, senior care, or home care settings is preferred
Knowledge of dementia care and experience working with individuals with disabilities is advantageous
Ability to administer medications safely and accurately
Robust caregiving skills with a compassionate and patient demeanor
Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients, families, and healthcare teams
Ability to perform light cleaning and meal preparation efficiently
Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently or as part of a team
Flexibility to adapt to changing needs of clients and work schedules
