This full time Lead DevOps Engineer drives enterprise platform engineering across BMO. The work combines AWS architecture, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, Docker, and operational reliability. You will partner with engineering, security, and operations teams while mentoring DevOps practitioners and supporting cloud-first delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead enterprise DevOps platforms, toolchains, and engineering standards
Architect, deploy, and support scalable AWS solutions
Build CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins and automation frameworks
Implement Infrastructure as Code and automate deployments
Manage containerized environments using Docker and AWS services
Requirements:
Eight or more years in DevOps or cloud engineering
Three or more years in technical leadership
Large-scale AWS workplace design and support experience
Enterprise CI/CD pipeline and automation framework experience
Experience in Agile software development settings
