This Customer Advocate position requires at least two years of customer-facing experience. Responsibilities include operating custom car haulers, loading and unloading vehicles, inspecting equipment, and recording customer information. You must remain active for extended periods and work scheduled shifts from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver vehicles directly to customer driveways
- Handle vehicle loading and unloading tasks
- Inspect car-haulers to support safe vehicle delivery
- Record thorough notes in the customer tracking system
- Complete required customer paperwork accurately

Requirements:

- Two years of customer-facing experience or more
- Availability seven days weekly with rotating days off
- Ability to stand, walk, and remain active eight-plus hours
- Ability to kneel, crouch, climb, twist, and squat
- English reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension
