Luxury Retail Fulfillment Coordinators at Fendi manage SFS, BOPIS, consignments, and shipping processes with accuracy, speed, and client focus.

Key Responsibilities:

- Complete incoming SFS orders through picking, packing, and shipping
- Review BOPIS aged orders and update system statuses
- Return appropriate BOPIS merchandise to the sales floor
- Coordinate shipping options,



including home delivery and white glove services
- Advocate for clients through detailed warehouse execution

Requirements:

- Minimum two to four years of skilled retail experience
- Customer experience background with luxury retail preferred
- Ability to use POS inventory management functions
- Strong results drive and collaborative working ability
- Flexible nights, weekends, holidays, and physical labor availability
