Baxter’s Alliston facility needs a production operator skilled in equipment operation, QA inspections, and accurate documentation on afternoons.

As a Kiefel and Regrind Operator, you will help produce high-quality products by operating the Weigh Blender and PVC Grinder. The full-time permanent schedule runs Monday to Friday from 15:00 to 23:00. Responsibilities include regrind support, production paperwork, material movement, and minor mechanical adjustments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support Kiefel department regrind activities as needed
- Maintain production paperwork matching materials to B.O.M.
- Perform required QA checks following SOPs
- Use lift devices and material handling equipment safely
- Notify supervisors about safety, quality, or equipment issues

Requirements:

- High school diploma or GED with proof
- Experience performing repetitive manufacturing tasks
- Food or manufacturing industry experience
- Ability to work independently and within teams
- Ability to understand Baxter specifications and SOPs
