The Recruiting Coordinator helps support the launch of a current ATS with ADP and recruiting across the company. This contract provides hands-on experience throughout the hiring process. Work includes sourcing, employer brand support, hiring-manager coordination, candidate selection, and offer approvals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support HR technology setup and platform management
- Source candidates and manage job postings
- Support hiring through second-round interviews
- Work with hiring managers through ATS close-out
- Coordinate offer approvals with the Director, Human Resources

Requirements:

- Preferred experience in recruiting
- Preferred experience in the construction industry
- Comfort using HR technology and AI
- ADP experience is an asset
- Strong organization, initiative, and communication skills
