This Proposal Writer and Project Manager role combines hands-on content creation with strategic project ownership. You will shape messages, differentiators, and client-ready materials supporting Aon’s growth across Canada. The position requires collaboration with senior leaders, account teams, subject matter experts, and designers, alongside independent planning and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and organize proposal projects across multiple stakeholders
- Participate in strategy meetings and refine response themes
- Create oral presentation materials and client-ready slide decks
- Coordinate workshops, brainstorming,



and content development
- Improve proposal tools, standard text, and content libraries

Requirements:

- Relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of experience
- Qualified bid management or proposal writing experience
- Experience creating strategic, customized client content
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Working knowledge of SharePoint, Qvidian, Loopio, or similar
