Drive GFL’s Rear Pack truck while operating hydraulic systems, completing inspections, and supporting clean, dependable residential collection service.

This Residential Driver position combines commercial vehicle operation with route productivity, customer service, and strict safety compliance. Responsibilities include collecting residential waste and recycling, completing trip paperwork, and maintaining vehicle cleanliness. You will also report route hazards, incidents, and mechanical concerns to management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive Rear Pack trucks along assigned residential routes
- Collect scheduled residential waste and recycling materials
- Complete required trip logs and vehicle paperwork




- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and high route productivity
- Follow traffic laws, bylaws, PPE, and safety policies

Requirements:

- Valid commercial DZ or AZ driver’s license
- Clean Driver’s Abstract with current CVOR
- One year commercial driving experience or accredited training
- Secure hydraulic packer and compaction system operation
- Strong attendance and safety-sensitive work compliance
