Key Responsibilities:
Install, configure, patch, upgrade, and troubleshoot Linux and Windows servers
Administer Active Directory, Group Policy, permissions, and service accounts
Monitor logs, performance, resource utilization, and data transfers




Provide escalated incident support and document service restoration
Support Kubernetes clusters, Docker workloads, and container troubleshooting

Requirements:
Degree or diploma in Computer Science or Engineering
