We are currently hiring an experienced Manual Machinist for one of our clients in Mississauga, Ontario. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience setting up and operating conventional lathes and mills, reading technical drawings, and machining custom parts.

Responsibilities
Set up and operate conventional lathes and milling machines.
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and machining specifications.
Machine custom parts according to job requirements.
Complete all necessary job-related paperwork accurately.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work setting.
Follow workplace safety procedures and quality standards.
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications and Requirements
Completion of secondary school.




Minimum of 4 years of relevant machining experience.
Proficiency in setting up and operating conventional lathes and mills.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints for custom-part machining.
Robust mathematical and measurement skills.
Valuable verbal and written communication skills.
Previous manual machining experience is required; 5 years of experience is preferred.
Must be able to commute reliably to Mississauga, ON, or relocate before starting work.

Pay: $21.00-$32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
