Responsibilities
Perform haircuts, styling and grooming services tailored to client preferences
Consult with clients to understand their desired look and provide professional recommendations
Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all tools and work areas
Upsell additional services or retail products to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue
Manage front desk duties including scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and processing payments




Build reports with clients to encourage repeat business and positive reviews
Stay current with industry trends and techniques through ongoing education and training

Skills
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients
Proficiency in hair styling, cutting and grooming techniques
Robust communication skills for effective client consultations and team collaboration
Knowledge of sanitation procedures to ensure a safe working environment
Ability to upsell retail products naturally during service interactions
Retail sales experience is a plus for promoting products and services
Front desk experience is beneficial for managing appointments and client flow
A professional appearance with a friendly demeanor and strong interpersonal skills

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
