Job Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care.

We have a client who is having breast reduction surgery in Kelowna and will need 24 hour post opp care we can either have 1 RN stay with client for 3 days or divide the shifts into 8 hour shifts for 3 days and have a couple Nurses fill them. We are open to either situation

Duties:
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Educate patients and their families on disease management, treatment options, and preventive measures
Provide emotional support to patients and their families
Go to client's house and perform nursing care and assessments on clients

Requirements:




Valid Registered Nurse license in Canada
Valid CPR & First Aid
Experience in IV insertion and medication administration
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of dementia care is a plus
Able to pick up some shifts in such short notice
