Corporate Sales Manager

Location: 125 Lakeshore Rd E, Oakville, ON L6J 1H3. In person.

Permanent, full time: 30 hours per week. Pay: CAD $59.55 per hour.

CITIA is hiring a Corporate Sales Manager to support its technology, innovation and training programs.

Responsibilities
Plan and direct business-to-business sales of CITIA technology services and training programs.
Establish sales objectives, budgets and account development plans.
Organize and oversee sales activities, client relationship processes and sales reporting.
Negotiate business agreements and coordinate proposals with program and technical teams.
Monitor sales performance and guide sales staff or representatives.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, marketing, communications,



commerce or a related field.
1 year to less than 2 years of relevant experience, including responsibility for coordinating or managing relevant activities.
English, Mandarin and Cantonese are required.
Robust business-to-business sales planning, negotiation, client management and reporting skills.
Solid communication, organization and problem-solving skills.
