Rotational Molding Machine Operator

Location: Woodbridge, ON

We are currently hiring a Rotational Molding Machine Operator for a busy manufacturing setting. This is a hands-on production role responsible for operating rotational molding equipment while meeting production, quality, and safety standards. Experience with rotational molding is considered an asset.

Responsibilities
Operate rotational molding machines safely and efficiently
Open and close molds using impact gun and overhead crane
Perform machine setups, mold changeovers, and basic troubleshooting
Maintain production on molding, mixing, and pulverizer equipment
Complete production paperwork and daily equipment checks
Inspect products for quality and report defects or issues
Follow packaging, labeling, and traceability procedures
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all company safety policies and SOPs




Assist with material handling and packaging as needed

Requirements
Minimum 2 years of machine operating experience in manufacturing
Experience with production equipment setup and operation
Rotational molding experience is an asset
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Basic math and problem-solving skills
Robust attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced workplace
Good communication and teamwork skills
Knowledge of 6S / Lean Manufacturing is an asset
