Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly and motivated Take Out Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be the friendly face that helps our guests enjoy their take-out orders with ease and efficiency. You’ll handle phone orders, assist with packaging, and ensure every guest receives top-notch service in a lively, welcoming workplace. Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and assist them with placing take-out orders via phone or in person.
Use POS systems, including Micros POS, to process transactions accurately and efficiently.
Prepare and package food orders carefully to ensure quality and presentation meet standards.
Communicate clearly with kitchen staff to confirm order details and special requests.
Maintain cleanliness of the take-out area, including packaging stations and work surfaces.
Provide excellent customer service by answering questions about menu items and order status.




Follow proper phone etiquette and hospitality practices to create a positive experience for every guest.

Qualifications
Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality is preferred but not required.
Robust communication skills and friendly demeanor to engage with guests effectively.
Experience with POS systems such as Micros POS is a plus.
Knowledge of restaurant operations, food handling, and safety regulations is beneficial.
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy setting while maintaining attention to detail.
Customer service skills that emphasize patience, professionalism, and hospitality.
Experience in hotel or food service environments can be an advantage.
