This senior leadership role directs estimating and preconstruction for commercial, institutional, healthcare, municipal, and interior construction projects. You will prepare competitive estimates, pursue prospects, and support backlog growth. Experience with General Contracting, Construction Management, Design-Build, P3, and IPD is required.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead estimating and preconstruction activities across project sectors
Prepare estimates, quantity take-offs, pricing, and tender submissions

Requirements:
