As an Audit & Accounting Manager, you will manage engagements from planning through completion for private company clients. You will apply accounting standards, assess risks, analyze financial statements, and develop audit teams. The position requires experience in public accounting and Canadian Tax exposure.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise private company audit engagements
Conduct risk assessments and develop comprehensive audit plans
Analyze financial statements for errors and irregularities
Mentor teams and communicate findings to clients
Monitor WIP, budgets, quality, and audit documentation

Requirements:
Qualified accounting designation, CPA or CA
At least one to two years of management experience
Significant private company client experience
Thorough ASPE and qualified standards knowledge
Advanced Caseware, Taxprep, Profile, and Excel knowledge
