NAV CANADA seeks two full time, permanent Airport/Aerodrome Air Traffic Controllers for Winnipeg Tower. You will maintain protected, orderly aircraft movement within the control zone and on runways and taxiways. The work requires licensed experience in a complex environment, sound judgment, and effective decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
Assess traffic, plan flow, and apply separation standards
Issue clearances, instructions, messages, and pertinent information
Coordinate arriving and departing traffic across control positions
Operate and monitor telephone, radio, radar, and electronic equipment




Respond to emergencies and complete unit directive requirements

Requirements:
Minimum three years as a licensed Airport/Aerodrome Air Traffic Controller
Experience controlling traffic in a complex workplace
Successful completion of high school or equivalent
Completed Airport/Aerodrome Tower Controller training or equivalent
Valid Transport Canada Category 2 aviation medical
