We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front and Back Staff to join our dynamic restaurant team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be involved in both customer-facing service and behind-the-scenes food preparation. Whether working at the front counter or assisting in the kitchen, your contribution will be vital to delivering exceptional dining experiences.

Duties
Greet and serve customers with professionalism and friendliness at the front counter or dining area
Take orders accurately using POS systems such as Clover POS, handle cash and process payments efficiently
Prepare food items according to established recipes and safety standards, including basic food handling and sanitation procedures
Assist with food preparation tasks in the kitchen, ensuring timely delivery of orders
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment
Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during busy hours
Ensure food safety standards are consistently met, including proper storage and handling of ingredients




Support team members as needed in both front-of-house and back-of-house operations
Be able to handle in person orders and online orders simultaneously

Requirements
SMART SERVE CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
Previous food service or restaurant experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided
Solid customer service skills with a friendly, skilled demeanor
Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and perform basic math calculations
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during peak hours
Understanding of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures
Kitchen experience or familiarity with food industry standards is advantageous
Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed

Pay: $17.95 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
