Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Window Wall & Curtain Wall Installer to join our construction team. This role involves installing, repairing, and maintaining high-quality window and curtain wall systems on commercial and residential projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to interpret schematics and blueprints. This position offers the chance to work on diverse projects, utilizing a variety of skills in a energetic environment.

Duties
Install window wall and curtain wall systems according to project specifications and schematics
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate installation
Use hand tools and power tools to assemble and secure wall systems
Perform related tasks such as drywall installation, caulking, restoration work, and construction painting as needed
Collaborate with team members to ensure safety standards are maintained throughout the project
Assist with the setup of scaffolding, ladders, or lifts for elevated installations
Conduct quality checks to verify proper fit, finish, and adherence to design specifications




Troubleshoot installation issues and perform repairs or adjustments as necessary

Skills
Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment
Prior experience in construction, carpentry, or related fields with a focus on window or curtain wall systems
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately
Knowledge of drywall installation, caulking techniques, plumbing basics, welding, flooring installation, tile laying, and construction painting is a plus
Robust understanding of restoration processes and building codes
Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Ability to work at heights using scaffolding or lifts safely
Good physical condition with the ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods

Pay: $29.02-$40.00 per hour
