This leader partners with the Senior Director of Engineering to translate business objectives into actionable engineering strategies. The work connects sales priorities with engineering execution, using Salesforce, KPIs, and AI-driven productivity platforms. It also supports performance improvement, mentorship, and team advocacy.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop strategies supporting Canada growth objectives
Create operational plans and present risk mitigation insights
Define KPIs and monitor pre-sales performance
Coordinate Canada, Americas, Global SE, Sales, and Marketing teams




Implement training and mentor team leaders

Requirements:
5+ years in strategy, operations, program management, or pre-sales engineering
Bachelor’s degree in technical or business-related field
Proficiency in Salesforce and data analysis
Experience defining KPIs and executing strategic planning
Robust communication, critical thinking, and innovation skills
