Administer Microsoft 365 and troubleshoot Windows endpoints as an IT Systems Administrator supporting 300+ global users onsite in North Vancouver.

DarkVision Technologies Inc. is expanding its IT team with a hands-on, regular full time administrator. You will support Microsoft 365, identity, security, endpoints, and infrastructure. The position involves Entra ID, Intune, Exchange Online, Teams, and Windows endpoint management.

Key Responsibilities:
Support Microsoft 365 settings for 300+ global users
Administer endpoints, identity, security, and infrastructure environments
Troubleshoot Windows and Microsoft Office issues
Assist with networking, business applications, and IT security
Document operations and resolve support requests independently

Requirements:
Experience administering Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Exchange Online
Experience with Intune and Windows Endpoint Management
Knowledge of MFA, SSO, Conditional Access, and security concepts
Working knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and Wi-Fi
PowerShell, Cisco Meraki, or TrueNAS experience is an asset
