As Assembly Lab Coordinator, you work with the Optical Assembly Supervisor and Operations Manager to execute production priorities. You coordinate employee assignments, monitor build progress, and address changing workflow needs. The role combines hands-on assembly with team engagement, training, quality reinforcement, and cross-department coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

- Communicate priorities, expectations, and operational changes clearly
- Adjust assignments around workload, materials, and production requirements
