As a member of the care team, you will address individual resident needs through basic care and services. Your work includes bathing, transfers, meals, treatments, and movement throughout the facility. Care plans guide diets, while lifts, transfer belts, walkers, wheelchairs, and positioning chairs support safe assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Promote personal comfort through bathing and washing residents
- Assist residents between beds, wheelchairs, commodes, and toilets
- Support feeding during meals and nourishment times

Requirements:

- Completed recognized Personal Care Aide or Health Care Aide certificate
