SE Health is hiring Personal Support Workers for community care, offering full time or part-time day and evening shifts in Port Perry and Uxbridge.

This position supports clients through SE Health, a not-for-profit social enterprise advancing health across Canada. Candidates may qualify with a PSW certificate, RN or RPN credentials, two completed nursing clinical placements, a Developmental Support Worker Diploma, or foreign-trained nursing experience. The work includes scheduled community visits and physical care responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide personal support care in community settings
- Complete client visits throughout the assigned service area
- Use provided mobile device during assigned work
- Maintain care delivery across scheduled shifts

Requirements:

- Availability for days or evenings and alternate weekends
- Valid driver’s license and vehicle required daily
- Current vulnerable sector check
- Current Standard CPR level C and First Aid
- Required immunizations and ability to perform physical duties
